The dates are 27th May 2013 -31st May 2013.  The deadline for paying 1st instalment (£130) is Sunday 20th January 2013 and the deadline for paying the 2nd instalment (£160) is Friday 1st March 2013.  The total cost (£290) includes return flights and hotel accommodation. Payments are not refundable.  By paying the 1st installment you commit to pay the 2nd installment as well.  Your place will NOT be confirmed on the trip until full payment has been received. Deadline for submission of medical and dietary questionnaire is Friday 3rd May 2013.
