Detailed Description

The course will be taught during your Business World in Hospitality and Tourism (U25081) classes in January and February 2018. Within the sessions you will consider understanding customers, service excellence, revenue uplift through customer service and customer conflict management. After completing the course you can sit the 45- minute multiple choice City Guilds qualification.
