Details:

Dentistry isn't just about being an excellent clinician you have to have great people skills too. Around 85% of your success in life is determined by your ability to get along with others (Carnegie Foundation). I’ll train you and your team on how to improve your communication skills which in turn can help increase productivity, motivation and profitability. This will also help reduce confrontation, stress and the risk of complaints being made against you and your staff. This course will help you develop better risk management practices, examine how you and your team go about avoiding the common pitfalls around complaint handling and teach you how to become more assertive and lead others.

Objectives:

By attending this course you will:

  1. Improve your ability to communicate successfully to peers, patients and other dental professionals.
  2. Learn how to avoid complaints using good risk management strategies and increased my confidence in being able to deal with them as they arise.
