Replacements for award parchments conferred by the University of Portsmouth or from the former Portsmouth Polytechnic (CNAA) are obtainable from the University should your original become lost or damaged.

The cost is £35.00 for one parchment and £10.00 for each further parchment of the same award ordered at the same time to a maximum of five. This charge is inclusive of VAT and postage and packing by Royal Mail recorded delivery UK and Royal Mail international recorded delivery overseas.
Awards are printed on watermarked parchment paper with the University crest and appropriate signatures.
To obtain a replacement parchment go to the Student Results Service web page at www.port.ac.uk/srs and follow the instructions there to submit your award details for verification.
You must have a validation code before you make a purchase via our online store. This will be provided to you via email by the Student Results Service once the award data is verified.
Persons other than the award holder who apply for a replacement award parchment will require the written permission of the award holder to do so.
