Airport Pickup from London Heathrow

This service is for new students starting in January 2026. You will be allocated to a coach departing Heathrow allowing for travel through customs.

We will update you with your coach pickup Terminal when we confirm your coach time.

Departure from Heathrow will be at 17:00 GMT

Payment information: If you want to cancel your pickup, please inform us by email on inteu.newstudents@port.ac.uk with your online store payment reference number so we can issue a refund.

Please note: no refund will be granted if you miss a pickup or if you cancel past the above deadlines.
