Replacement Certificates

Replacements for award certificates conferred by the University of Portsmouth or from the former Portsmouth Polytechnic (CNAA) are obtainable from the University should you lose your original.

The cost is £35.00 for one certificate and £10.00 for each further certificate of the same award ordered at the same time to a maximum of five.  This charge is inclusive of VAT and postage. The postal service used is Royal Mail recorded delivery UK and overseas destinations.

Awards are printed on watermarked certificate paper with the University crest and appropriate signatures.

Please note we are unable to provide digital copies or scanned copies of the award certificate.

Anyone other than the award holder who applies for a replacement award certificate will require the written permission of the award holder to do so.
