Team UoP swim the channel in Ravelin Pool on Tuesday 17th February 2026 (from 7.15pm) - We are trying to swim the distance of the English Channel to raise money and awareness for Age UK Portsmouth.

Teams are for up to 8, and you can enter more than one team!

Age UK Portsmouth is a fantastic charity helping older people with every aspect of life. Their aims are to help adults in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire enjoy a better quality of life, with a specific focus on all aspects of getting older. They also help people with Dementia and Parkinson's, too!

We challenge you to help us swim 1360 lengths of the Ravelin Pool - this is a mammoth task, but we believe with your help it is doable!!!

Please note you must be able to swim 50m comfortably without touching the floor.
