Moving into Senior Leadership in Education - Facilitating Wellbeing in the Workplace

Course Description

Positive workforce well-being is not only ethically essential but also key to ensuring organisations thrive. In the complex and challenging education environment, it is becoming ever more essential to facilitate positive staff wellbeing. This two-day workshop aims to investigate the underpinning theory and develop leaders' awareness of contemporary approaches to enabling a positive culture of wellbeing in their organisation.  

£350 (including 1-night accommodation in University Halls of Residence).

Terms and Conditions:
- Enrollment instructions will be sent to participants once registration and payment has been completed..
- We require a minimum of 8 participants for the programme to run.
- One night's accommodation is included in the price of the programme. Participants are expected to arrange their own accommodation for additional nights if required. The CCPD can make suggestions based on local knowledge.
- If for any reason a participant cancels their booking more than 2 weeks prior to their programme start date they will receive a full refund.
- If for any reason a participant cancels their booking less than 2 weeks prior to their programme start date, or does not arrive for their programme start date they will receive no refund.
- If for any reason the University of Portsmouth cancels a programme all students will receive a full refund.
