Come and join us for the annual Team UOP Sports Awards. Celebrating all aspects of University sport across Sport and Recreation. Taking place at Portsmouth Guildhall on Wednesday 13th May 2026, ticket holders can expect a night of awards, 3 course meal, arrival drink and half a bottle of wine or soft drink per person on each table. Formal dress code - no jeans or trainers. The night will share success stories from this year, present awards and show the impact sport has across our student population.

Please choose your main when booking: 
Starter - Butternut Squash and Red Pepper with Blackened Garlic Soup (gf,ve)
Main (meat) - Chicken Stuffed with Sage & Onion Stuffings and a Chicken Gravy
Main (ve) - Grilled Vegetable & Sundried Tomato Tart (ve,gf,df)
Both served with sweet potato fondant and chef’s selection of vegetables
Dessert - Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake (ve,gf)

When booking you will also need to indicate which Team UoP sports club you would like to sit with during the event.

Varsity 2026 - Team University of Portsmouth vs Team University of Southampton.

Your Varsity ticket includes entry to all Varsity fixture and entry to Varsity Village.

Optional Varsity T-Shirts can be purchased as a bundle online (before the 29th March at a reduced rate) and will also be sold separately at £15 in the lead up to the event. T-shirts are expected to arrive w/c 20th April.

Most Varsity fixtures will take place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th of May, with Navy Varsity taking place on the 22nd April.

Your Varsity ticket includes access to fixtures outside of these dates so make sure you are checking the Varsity webpage for the up to date fixtures and timings. Make sure you follow @uopsport and @teamuop on Instagram for all the updates as and when they happen.

Limited Varsity friends and family spectator wristbands will be available for £5 per day on the day. These will be for spectators only and are one-day wristbands for fixture access only, and are subject to availability.

All Varsity competitors must purchase the main Varsity ticket to be able to compete.
