Come and join us for the annual Team UOP Sports Awards.

Celebrating all aspects of University sport across Sport and Recreation.

Taking place at Portsmouth Guildhall on Wednesday 14th May 2025, ticket holders can expect a night of awards, 3 course meal, arrival drink and half a bottle of wine or soft drink per person on each table.

Formal dress code - no jeans or trainers.

The night will share success stories from this year, present awards and show the impact sport has across our student population. 

Please choose your main menu options when booking:

Starter - Roasted Vegetable Soup with Thyme & Garlic (gf,ve)

Main (meat) - Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Stuffed with Chorizo & Boursin

Main (ve) - Stuffed Butternut With Peppers, Basil & a Gluten Free Breadcrumb Topping (ve,gf,df)

Both served with fondant potato and chef’s selection of vegetables

Dessert - Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake (ve,gf)

When booking you will also need to indicate which Team UoP sports club you would like to sit with during the event.

Varsity 2025 is on the horizon! This March, teams will go head-to-head in our annual match-up against Southampton University and The Royal Navy, bringing intense matchups and top-tier performances. Whether you're competing or supporting, be part of the action and experience the excitement firsthand. Grab your tickets and get ready for a great weekend of sport!

Southampton Varsity: 
Indoor sports - Saturday 22nd March (Jubilee Sports Centre)
Outdoor sports - Sunday 23rd March (Wide Lane Sports Ground)

Royal Navy Varsity:
Wednesday 26th March (HMS Temeraire/UOP Sports Facilites)

ATHLETE & SPECTATOR TICKETS:

Varsity Ticket: £10
Who should purchase? All athletes competiting in a Southampton or Navy Varsity fixture, no matter what date your fixture is. All spectators attending Southampton Varsity (on the 22nd or 23rd of March), Navy Varsity and/or the Men's 1st/Women's 1st Football on the 16th of March. 
What will my ticket look like? You will receive a material wristband - collection will be available from Monday 3rd of March, from Ravelin Sports Centre Reception. 
What is the deadline to purchase this ticket? There is no deadline - you can purchase this type of ticket up until the very end of the competition! However, this Online Store link will only be available until Sunday 2nd of March. From Monday 3rd of March, Varsity Tickets will be available to purchase from Ravelin Sports Centre Reception only.  
What access does this ticket give me? Once you've collected your wristband, you will have access to all Varsity sites, for Southampton and Navy Varsity fixtures.
