Detailed Description

  • Use this form if you are a student and want to pay for an item replacement charge.
  • Please have your University card available, as you will need your Student ID number and your library number to process this payment.
  • You will be asked to enter the replacement cost we have quoted: please have any notification about the replacement cost available.
  • We aim to process your payment on the next working day (Mon – Fri)
