Sing Up Pompey: An afternoon concert of choral music celebrating Portsmouth 100 from the University of Portsmouth Choir at St Thomas' Cathedral, Old Portsmouth

At the heart of the programme is sacred music by the Portsmouth-born composer Freda Swain. Alongside that is a whole raft of different music associated with Portsmouth, including a 1700s folk tune and songs by pop icons of the 1980s freshly arranged for choir.

What better way to round off the Sing 100 musical celebrations of Portsmouth’s city status than with 60 voices singing all about the city?
